How long will it take to change a pharmacy?
Did you know that you can self-change your pharmacy without waiting for customer support's response? The following steps can help you make the change faster:
-
If your clinician has issued a prescription, please try accessing the "Have you received your medication?" survey in the portal under the refill application section, and select "No." Based on your feedback, we will expedite the process with a dedicated representative.
-
If your clinician has NOT yet issued a prescription, you can modify your pharmacy in your portal's "Profile" section.
Alternatively, you may wait for up to 5 business days, and our customer support will address your request via email.
It's a legal thing – the original pharmacy has to process the cancellation before the new one can issue the prescription. Usually, it takes about 5 days, sometimes longer if there are local shortages.
