When will my prescription be sent to the pharmacy?
Prescription renewal requests may take 48-72 hours to be fulfilled as your provider needs to carefully review your prescription history to avoid any issues with pharmacies. Should there be any delays beyond the specified period, kindly reach out to support@getmindfulhealth.com so your care team can follow up with your provider.
Please note that prescription can only be requested 25 days after the previous prescription fill date, and pharmacies typically only dispense the medication 30 days after your last filled date.
